Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are determined by your merchandise weight and shipping zipcode. All orders will be sent via standard shipping and will be received within 7 to 10 business days. Tin Parade will ship your order within 48 hours from the day the order is placed. We cannot make any changes to the order within this period unless an item is on backorder. For customers wishing to ship orders internationally or to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please email us directly at info@tinparade.com to place your order.
Shipping times on custom invitation orders will be given at time of order. Orders placed around major holidays may require more shipping time.
Tin Parade’s Return Policy
Shortage and damages must be reported to our office within 3 business days of receipt. Any returns must be authorized by Tin Parade and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please note that seasonal merchandise is not returnable after the date of the event or holiday.
Inventory
Please note, style, colors and graphics may change without notice. Also, there will be occasions where the item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED. This could happen if another customer’s order was placed just ahead of yours and depleted the inventory. In this case, you will receive an email notifying you of the circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items will be restocked. We will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel your backorder, please respond to the backorder notification email or send an email directly to info@tinparade.com. Please include as much information on your order as possible, such as; your order number, items ordered, name and email address.

This policy only applies to the website for Tin Parade and all the personal information collected by Tin Parade from such service and collected from customers when they register for the Tin Parade newsletter or purchasing product, but does not apply to any third-party companies, individuals, organizations or other websites which Tin Parade links to. How Tin Parade collects information about you
You may provide personal information when communicating with us. (eg. when you fill out your registration form for newsletter). You may order a product or a service and give your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date so that the order can be processed and your products delivered to you. Sometimes you may be asked for your telephone number. We use Pay Pal for all transactions. This is a secure site that does not store your credit card information in any way.
It may be that you provide to us/paypal details of credit or debit cards or bank accounts in order to make payments to us. Any such information ("confidential financial information") will be used only for the specific purpose for which it was provided.
How Tin Parade uses your information
We may use your information to confirm that your orders have been received, to prevent and detect criminal activity, fraud and misuse of or damage to our services or networks, to prosecute those responsible and to contact you.

The periods we keep your information can vary according to the use given to the information. Tin Parade reserves the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly or to protect itself or its users.

We sometimes use other companies to provide some of our services (eg. couriers for delivery of our goods) or to distribute our products.
